Key Responsibilities
As a Project Management Intern at Marico Innovation Foundation, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth execution of MIF’s flagship programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Event Coordination: Manage guest invitations, databases, outreach, RSVP tracking, and follow-ups for the Indian Innovation Icons 2025 event, ensuring seamless execution.
✅ Partnership Management: Oversee deliverables for partnerships, including coaching sessions, video content, and speaker engagements, to ensure all commitments are met effectively.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with partners, startups, and award winners to provide essential support during InnoWin Day and other key initiatives.
✅ Administrative Tasks: Handle organizational and operational responsibilities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
✅ Strategic Execution: Support the development of innovative strategies to improve project efficiency, event organization, and overall program impact.
Required Skills
To succeed in this project management internship role, you need a combination of technical proficiency, event management capabilities, and strong organizational skills. We are looking for candidates who possess:
✔ Database Management (DBMS): Ability to efficiently organize, track, and manage large sets of data related to invitees, partners, and stakeholders.
✔ Event Management: Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliverables.
✔ MS Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Strong analytical skills, ability to work with complex datasets, and create insightful reports.
✔ Project Management Expertise: Understanding of project workflows, stakeholder management, and coordination of multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
