Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate at SocialSaas, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and generating leads. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead Engagement: Engage with potential customers via tele-calling, emails, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp to qualify leads.
  2. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify high-intent prospects, ensuring only valuable leads are passed to the sales team.
  3. Follow-Up Process: Maintain a follow-up process to nurture warm leads and boost conversion rates.
  4. Communication: Use strong communication skills in English and Hindi to build rapport and trust with prospects.
  5. Value Proposition: Articulate SuperReply’s value proposition in automating Instagram engagement and handle objections effectively.
  6. Adapt Messaging: Adapt messaging across communication channels to maximize engagement and responses.
  7. CRM Management: Update CRM with detailed records of prospect interactions and lead status.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and optimize the conversion pipeline.
  9. Performance Analysis: Analyze outreach performance, refining messaging and strategies for improved results.

Skills Required in Social Saas To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. Strong digital marketing and lead generation skills to attract and engage potential customers effectively.
