Role Overview: Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive at Nikist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Crypto Insiders Club and other premium services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into loyal members.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, and Noida. If you’re a confident communicator with a passion for sales and crypto investments, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- 1:1 Consultation Calls:
- Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our crypto workshops.
- Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Lead Conversion & Sales:
- Guide leads from interest to action by effectively pitching our premium membership and services.
- Ensure maximum conversion rates through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
- Understand Customer Pain Points:
- Identify why prospects struggle with crypto investments and the challenges they face.
- Position our Crypto Insiders Club as the perfect solution to their problems.
- Build Trust & Rapport:
- Develop strong relationships with leads, making them feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their investment decisions.
- Follow-Up Strategy:
- Maintain consistent communication with warm leads who didn’t convert initially.
- Address objections and nurture them toward enrollment.
- Handle Objections Smartly:
- Tackle doubts about pricing, investment risks, and market uncertainties with confidence and well-structured responses.
Skills Required

- Effective Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with customers.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
