Job Description: HR Executive

As an HR Executive at Requin Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience in HR to grow their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

2. HR Operations & Employee Relations

Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
Handle conflict resolution and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

3. HR Policies & Compliance

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Educate employees on HR policies, benefits, and workplace best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
Support the creation of career development plans for employees.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Skills Required
